They can make any changes to any thing they want, at any time. And at no point do they need to consult, or even inform you. Read your EULA, it's very enlightening. Regardless, if an undocumented update made you millions of ISK instead of losing it, you wouldn't be here complaining or trying to stage a protest. So keep crying...................
